Appointments Are Required

The nature of our business is different from most retail operations, particularly when it comes to personal safety.

Because we work with honey bees during the daylight hours, and this is a bee farm with large numbers of hives being maintained, there are often more bees flying at our farm than is typical of a small apiary. Therefore all visits and pickups are by appointment only.

How Scheduling Works

  • Pickup dates are selected at the time of ordering.
  • The Monday prior to your scheduled Pickup Date, you will receive an email with instructions to schedule your specific pickup time.
  • Appointments are scheduled in controlled time windows to ensure safety, efficiency, and proper handling of bees, as well as avoiding long wait times when you arrive.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that we have accurate and up-to-date contact information (email and phone number) with your order. PayPal members may have outdated information on file, so we provide a place to include current contact information during the order check out process.

Failure to respond to the scheduling email or provide valid contact information may delay or postpone order pickups to a different date.
